摘　　要：以去甲氨噻肟酸乙酯为起始原料,经醚化、精制、水解反应制得标题化合物。标题化合物经核磁共振氢谱确证化学结构,总收率61.6%,纯度98.61%。该制备过程原料易得,操作简单,收率稳定,具有工业化的价值。（ Z）-2-（ 2-Aminothiazol-4-yl）-2-trityloxyiminoacetic acid was prepared from ethyl（ Z）-2-（ 2-aminothiazol-4-yl）-2-hydroxyiminoacetate by etherification,purification and hydrolysis. The structure of the target compound was confirmed by1 HNMR.The total yield was 61. 6%,and purity was 98. 61%. This synthesis method with readily available starting materials and easily controllable operation and stable yield is worthy of the pilot manufacture.
