中西医结合治疗湿热内蕴型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察中西医结合治疗湿热内蕴型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。【方法】将68例湿热内蕴型溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例。治疗组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服联合中药灌肠方(败酱草、黄连、马齿苋、白头翁、黄柏、地榆炭、仙鹤草、白及、五倍子等)灌肠治疗,对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服和安慰剂灌肠治疗,2组均以4周为1个疗程。观察2组的临床症状疗效、结肠镜疗效和1年后复发情况。【结果】(1)治疗1个疗程后,治疗组的临床症状疗效、结肠镜疗效的总有效率分别为94.1%和97.1%,对照组分别为82.3%和85.3%,治疗组的临床症状疗效和结肠镜疗效均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。(2)治疗组1年复发率为9.4%,显著低于对照组的17.9%(P<0.05)。(3)治疗过程中,2组患者均未出现严重不良反应。【结论】中西医结合治疗湿热内蕴型溃疡性结肠炎的效果显著,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of integrative Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of ulcerative colitis with the syndrome of damp-heat internal accumulation. Methods A total of 68 ulcerative colitis patients with damp-heat internal accumulation were evenly randomized into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given oral use of Mesalazine Slow Release Tablets and enema with the decoction of Chinese medicine of Herba Patriniae, Rhizoma Coptidis, Herba Portulacae, Radix Pulsatillae,Cortex Phellodendri, charred Radix Sanguisorbae, Herba Agrimoniae, Rhizoma Bletillae, Galla Chinensis,etc., and the control group was given oral use of Mesalazine Slow Release Tablets and enema with placebo solution. Four weeks constituted one treatment course for the two groups. The therapeutic effect on clinical symptoms and colonoscopy, and the recurrence rate after one year were observed. Results（1） After treatment for one treatment course, the total effective rates for clinical symptoms and colonoscopy were 94.1% and 97.1%in the treatment group, and were 82.3% and 85.3% in the control group respectively, the difference being significant（P〈0.05）.（2） The recurrence rate after one year was 9.4% in the treatment group and was 17.9%in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈0.05）.（3） During the treatment, no serious adverse reaction was found in both groups. Conclusion Integrative Chinese and western medicine shows certain effect for the treatment of ulcerative colitis with the syndrome of damp-heat internal accumulation.
