摘　　要：少数民族大学新生在进入高校后,会经历一段时间因人而异的心理适应期,但他们和其他高校新生相比,更易产生心理困惑和适应困难。本文从少数民族大学新生在心理适应过程中产生的问题出发,探讨出现问题的原因,提出培养少数民族大学新生心理适应能力的有效措施,对帮助和指导少数民族大学新生顺利度过心理适应期有着现实指导意义。After entering the college, freshmen of minority nationalities will suffer from a period of psychological adaptation varying with each individual, but compared with other freshmen, they are more likely to have psychological confusions and difficulties in adaptation. Starting from the problems existing in the psychological adaptability of college freshmen of minority nationalities,this paper explores the causes, and proposes effective measures to cultivate the psychological adaptability of college freshmen of minority nationalities, which will be of realistic guiding significance to helping and guiding them to successfully get through the period of psychological adaptation.
