摘　　要：本文针对目前高职院校学生就业状况对高职院校大学生在开展就业指导工作中存在的问题进行了简单的分析,并根据高职教育发展的趋势阐述了高职院校就业指导工作的重要性,提出了加强高职大学生就业指导工作的几点思考和建议。In view of the current situation of higher vocational college students＇ employment, this paper makes a brief analysis on problems existing in the employment guidance for higher vo-cational college students, elaborates the importance of employ-ment guidance in higher vocational colleges in accordance with the development trend of higher vocational education, and pro-poses several considerations and suggestions on strengthening the employment guidance for higher vocational college students.
