IL-11及其受体在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床病理意义

摘　　要：目的通过检测不同病理类型的乳腺癌组织中的白介素-11(IL-11)及其受体(IL-11R)的表达浓度,探讨IL-11、IL-11R与乳腺癌及相关临床与病理指标之间的关系。方法收集80例乳腺癌患者的乳腺肿瘤组织、68例正常乳腺组织。采用免疫组化法检测IL-11、IL-11R在乳腺癌组织、正常乳腺组织中的表达,评价它们与患者的年龄、肿瘤直径、临床分期、病理分级、病理类型及淋巴结转移之间的关系。结果 IL-11、IL-11R在乳腺癌组织中表达浓度远高于正常乳腺组织。IL-11的表达阳性与乳腺癌年龄大小(P=0.024)、淋巴结转移(P=0.001)、临床分期(P=0.027)、以及分化程度(P=0.000)密切相关;与肿瘤直径(P=0.437)和病理类型(P=0.393)无关。而IL-11R的表达阳性与乳腺癌的淋巴结转移(P=0.02)及分化程度(P=0.04)密切相关;与肿瘤直径(P=0.266)、病理类型(P=0.787)、临床分期(P=0.686)无关。结论 IL-11、IL-11R的表达随淋巴结转移和恶性度的升高而增加,提示其对乳腺癌的发生、发展及侵袭、转移起着重要作用;IL-11、IL-11R可能为一个有用的乳腺癌预后标记。Objective To detect the expression levels of IL-11, IL-11R protein in different pathological types of breast ductal carcinoma in order to explore the correlation between IL-11, IL-11R and clinicopathological parameters related with breast cancer. Methods The expression levels of IL-11, IL-11R protein were detected by immunohistochemisty in 80 cases of breast cancer tissues and 68 cases of normal breast tissues. The correlation between the expression of IL-11, IL-11R protein and patients＇ age, tumor＇ s diameter, clinical stage, pathological classification, pathological type, differentiation degree, lymphatic node metastasis was analyzed and evaluated. Results Theexpression levels of IL-11, IL-11R protein in breast cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal breast tissues. The positive expression of IL-1 was closely correlated to patients＇ age, lymphatic node metastasis, clinical stage, differentiation degree （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）, however, which were not related with tumor＇ s diameter and pathological type （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The expression levels of IL-1 R were closely correlated to lymphatic node metastasis, differentiation degree of breast cancer （ P 〈 0.05 ）, however, which were not related with tumor＇s diameter,pathological type,clinical stage （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The expression levels of IL-1 and IL-1R are increased, with the increase of malignant degree and lymph node metastasis ,which suggests that IL-1 and IL-1R may play an important role in the pathogenesis, development, invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. The expression of IL-11, IL-11R may be regarded as a valuable prognostic indicator of breast cancer.
