不同月龄巴寒F2肉羊与小尾寒羊屠宰性能的比较分析

摘　　要：为了研究不同月龄对肉羊屠宰性能等主要指标的影响,比较分析杂交品种的杂交优势,对相同饲养条件下的4,5,6,8月龄巴寒F2肉羊与小尾寒羊(♀)进行屠宰试验。结果表明:巴寒F2肉羊体长及体深的增长速率显著高于小尾寒羊(P<0.05);巴寒F2肉羊的脊骨、棒骨及肋骨质量高于小尾寒羊,且1/2净肉质量极显著高于小尾寒羊(P<0.01)。说明相对于小尾寒羊,巴寒F2肉羊体型虽矮小粗壮,但增长速率高于小尾寒羊,且产肉性能也优于小尾寒羊。To study the effects of different months of age on the slaughtering performance and other main indexes of the mutton sheep,compare and analyze the heterosis of hybrid varieties. The F2 hybrid of Bahan mutton sheep and small- tailed Han sheep（ ♀） at 4,5,6 and 8 months of age under the same feeding conditions were used for the slaughter test. The results showed that the growth rates of body length and body depth of the F2 hybrid of Bahan mutton sheep were significantly higher（ P 0. 05） than those of small- tailed Han sheep; the backbones,leg bones and ribs of the F2 hybrid of Bahan mutton sheep were higher than those of small- tailed Han sheep,and the 1 /2 net meat weight of the F2 hybrid of Bahan mutton sheep was extremely significantly higher（ P 0. 01） than that of small- tailed Han sheep. The results indicate that with respect to small- tailed Han sheep,the F2 hybrid of Bahan sheep was small and stout in size,but its growth rate was higher than that of small- tailed Han sheep,and its meat production performance is better than that of small- tailed Han sheep.
