复方中草药添加剂对云南武定雏鸡生长性能及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：为了研究复方中草药添加剂对云南武定雏鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响,试验选取0日龄云南武定雏鸡240只,随机分为4组,每组60只,每组3个重复,每个重复20只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1,2,3组分别添加0.2%、0.4%、0.6%复方中草药,测定雏鸡生长性能指标、新城疫HI抗体水平、免疫器官指数、补体C3、C4水平及免疫球蛋白含量。结果表明:添加0.4%复方中草药能显著提高武定雏鸡生长性能(P<0.05),显著提高HI抗体水平(P<0.05),促进免疫器官的生长,显著提高补体C3、C4及lg G含量(P<0.05)。To study the effect of compound Chinese medicine additive on the growth performance and immune function of Wuding chicks from Yunnan,240 Wuding chicks at 0 day of age were selected and randomly divided into four groups with three replicates of 60 chicks each. The control group was fed the basal diet and the three test groups including groups I,II and III were fed the basal diet with the additions of 0. 2%,0. 4% and 0. 6% compound Chinese herbal medicines,respectively. The indexes of chick growth performance,HI antibody levels against Newcastle disease,immune organ indexes,as well as the contents of serum complement C3,C4 and immune globulin were determined. The results showed that the addition of 0. 4% compound Chinese herbal medicine could significantly improve（ P 0. 05） the growth performance of Wuding chicks,and significantly increase（ P 0. 05） the HI antibody levels and promote the growth of immune organs,and significantly increase（ P 0. 05） the contents of the complement C3,C4 and immune globulin.
