正交法筛选治疗奶牛乳房炎蒙药复方中最佳抗炎免疫成分复方的研究

摘　　要：为了筛选治疗奶牛乳房炎蒙药复方"特润舒都乐"中最佳的抗炎免疫成分复方,试验测定了奶牛乳房炎主要致病菌大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和链球菌的单菌最低致死浓度(MLD)及混合菌液80%MLD;并以80%MLD的混合菌液感染小鼠,给小鼠灌服正交试验设计所得蒙药复方中的抗炎免疫成分复方,测定其在体内的抑菌效果。结果表明:混合菌液的80%MLD(腹腔注射0.1 mL/只)为大肠杆菌1.0×108cfu/mL、金黄色葡萄球菌1.0×108cfu/mL和链球菌0.5×109cfu/mL;最佳蒙药抗炎免疫成分复方为A2B2C3D1E2F1G3,即A、B和E采用中剂量,C采用高剂量,D、F和G不用药。To screen the best anti- inflammatory immune ingredient compound from the Mongolian medicine compound ＇Terun Sodolol＇ for the treatment of mastitis in dairy cows,the minimal lethal dose（ MLD） of single bacterium from the main pathogenic bacteria causing mastitis in dairy cows was determined,including Escherichia coli（ E. coli）,Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus; and the 80% MLD of mixed bacteria was also determined,respectively. The mixed bacterium liquid of 80% MLD was used to infect the mice,and then the mice were drenched with the anti- inflammatory immune ingredient compound from the Mongolian medicine compound by orthogonal design to determine its bacteriostatic effect in the body. The results showed that the 80% MLD of the mixed bacterium liquid（ with intraperitoneal injection of 0. 1 m L per mouse）was determined as follows： E. coli in 1. 0 × 108 cfu / m L,Staphylococcus aureus in 1. 0 × 108 cfu / m L,and Streptococcus in 0. 5 × 109 cfu / m L.The results indicate that the best Mongolian medicine compound with anti- inflammatory immune ingredients is A2B2C3D1E2F1G3,namely A,B and E with the middle dose,C with the high dose,D,F and G without medication.
