摘 要:目的探讨基于跨专业教育的医护合作情境模拟教学在手术室护理教学中的应用与效果。方法将护理学院55名本科护生随机分为实验组(28名)与对照组(27名)。实验组采用医护合作情境模拟教学法教学,对照组采用传统教学法。结果实验组护生手术室理论知识和实践技能得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),并认为新的教学方法有利于提高团队合作能力以及促进职业认同等。结论基于跨专业教育的医护合作情境模拟教学方法能提高手术室护理教学的质量和效果,有助于护生协作交流能力的培养、职业认同感的建立和角色职责的明确。Objective To evaluate the outcomes of medical-nursing students collaboration combined with scenario simulation teaching based on interprofessional education in the operating room nursing. Methods Fifty-five undergraduate nursing students were randomly assigned to the experimental group(n=28) and the control group(n=27). Nursing students in the experimental group received medical-nursing collaboration combined with scenario simulation teaching,while nursing students in the control group received conventional teaching. Results The students' scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the operating room nursing in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05). Nursing students in the experimental group believed that the new teaching method helped improve team spirit and promote professional identity. Conclusion Medical-nursing collaboration combined with scenario simulation teaching can improve the teaching quality and outcomes in the operating room nursing,and help nursing students develop team spirit,professional identity and role responsibilities.
