科技型中小企业持续创新能力评价体系研究

摘　　要：科技型企业将科技成果服务于大众,科技型企业在促进区域经济发展、提升技术革新方面起到了重要作用,科技型中小企业的持续创新能力是其后续发展的重要因素,对科技型中小企业的持续创新能力进行评价,可以对企业的后续发展提供决策参考。文章通过实地调研与文献研究分析,建立了由团队学习能力、战略管理能力、资源控制能力、技术研究与开发能力、企业组织能力、顾客知识管理能力构成的持续创新能力评价指标体系;通过信息熵确定创新能力评价指标权重,文章对灰关联度评价方法进行了改进,给出基于两向量之间斜率相似度的创新能力评价新方法,并实证分析了该评价方法的有效性。创新评价体系的建立与新的评价方法的提出,丰富了科技型中小企业持续创新能力评价的理论体系和应用研究。The technology enterprise serves the public with science and technology achievement and it plays an important role in promoting regional economy and technology innovation.The sustainable innovation ability is an important factor of the technology enterprise follow-up development.The sustainable innovation ability evaluation can provide decision reference for the follow-up development of enterprises.By surveying and literature analysis,the paper has established evaluation system of sustainable innovation ability of the small and mid-sized technology enterprise,which includes team learning index,strategy management capability index,resource control ability index,technology research and development capability index,enterprise organizational capability index and customer knowledge management capability index.The paper has determined the weight of evaluation index through the information entropy and also has conducted an evaluation method and empirical analysis based on slope similarity between two vectors by improving grey relational degree.The paper has enriched both theoretical and empirical research of sustainable innovation ability of the small and mid-sized technology enterprise through the empirical analysis and theory research.
