游离股前外侧肌皮瓣在修复头颈部恶性肿瘤术后缺损中的应用

摘　　要：目的:采用游离股前外侧肌皮瓣对头颈部恶性肿瘤术后缺损进行修复,观察其临床应用效果。方法:选择40例头颈部恶性肿瘤术后缺损患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组患者20例。试验组患者采用游离股前外侧肌皮瓣,对照组患者给予传统皮瓣。结果:经实施修复手术后,试验组患者的术后并发症发生率为20.0%,显著低于对照组患者60.0%的术后并发症发生率,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:游离股前外侧肌皮瓣是修复头颈部恶性肿瘤根治术后缺损的理想皮瓣,可切取面积大,对供区和受区影响较小,具有较低的术后并发症发生率,是一种值得在临床推广的修复方法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of free anterolateral myocutaneous flap in treating postoperative defect of head and necj cancer. Methods 40 cases of head and necj cancer with postoperative defect in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group was treated using free anterolateral myocutaneous flap,control group were treated using traditional flap. Results After surgery,the complication occurring rates of treatment group were 20. 0%,significantly lower than that of control group（60%）,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Free anterolateral myocutaneous flap is ideal materials to repair postoperative defect of head and necj cancer,with characteristics of practicable,low impact to donor site and intaje area,and low complication rate,worth clinical application.
