摘 要:为满足电液比例阀用动圈式电机械转换器的控制及驱动要求,研究了利用专用芯片设计的H桥电路来满足动圈式电机械转换器的双向控制要求,采用专用芯片设计的PWM波发生电路满足其比例控制的要求。研究分析了所设计电路的PWM波的占空比和频率调节原理,功率放大器驱动电路产生足够的功率和电流的原理,制作出了相应的电路板,并对所设计的电路进行了试验研究。理论分析和试验研究表明,所设计的动圈式电机械转换器用控制器电路结构简单、有效,能够达到控制和驱动要求。In order to meet the control and driving requirements of the moving coil electrical-mechanical transformer,the H-Bridge driving circuit with the dedicated chip was designed to achieve the two-way control requirement,and the PWM wave circuit was designed using dedicated chip to realize the proportional control requirement. The principle of adjusting duty ratio and frequency of PWM wave was researched,and the principle of power amplifier drive circuit which can provide enough power and current was analyzed. The corresponding circuit was made and tested. The theoretical analysis and test results show that the circuit structure used in moving coil electrical-mechanical transformer is simple and effective,and can achieve the predetermined requirements.
