摘　　要：科技伦理观的确立与发展是地地道道的工业文明发展的产物。在深入反思工业文明的深刻教训基础上,文章具体探讨了如何确立适应生态文明发展的科技伦理观的可能性、价值基础和践行原则。实际上,实现科技伦理观的"生态转向",对于生态文明建设而言,既具有基础性的意义,又具有发展的方向性意义。The establishment and development of view of scientific ＆ technical ethics have been the result of industy civilization.Based drawing lessons from industy civilization, the text will discuss the possibility,value base,practical principles of reconstructing the view of scientific ＆ technical ethics in the context of ecological civilization.In fact,the realization of the view of scientific ＆ technical ethics＇ ecological turn will entrust basic and orient meaning for ecological civilization construction.
