摘　　要：在中国哲学发展的历史过程中,儒道哲学是两大主干思想,都致力于对生命问题的哲学思考,形成了迥异的生命观。其中,道家文化秉着高度的理性主义精神,探究生命根源、探寻生命存在方式、探讨人生价值,形成了独具特色的超然、超越的生命哲学理论,对后世具有深远的影响,也具有不可忽视的现实意义。本文从中国道家哲学在中国哲学体系中的地位入手,简要阐述为何以道家人生哲学立论以及其大致特点,进而引出全篇。本文分析了道家生命哲学本原论、生命价值论的基本内涵,展示了其中闪烁的理性主义的光辉;进而考察了道家在前者基础上构筑的人生处世哲学,对其生命存在观、生命修为观和生命境界观的基本内涵和现实意义进行了深入的分析。道家人生哲学对生命进行着现实且理性的关怀,在塑造国人精神方面影响颇深,今日仍应该以辩证的态度发扬光大。In the history of the development of traditional Chinese Philosophy,there are two major schools of thought, which are the Taoism and the Confucianism. The philosophers have always been dedicating to the study of the value of life, the two schools of thought formed totally different views of life .Taoism has always been adhering to rationalism in the research of the origin and the existence of life , as well as in the discussion of the meaning of life. In this process, Taoism has created its own system of Life Philosophy, which is very unique with the distinguishing feature of detach- ment and has very significant influence aftertime as well as is of great importance.By analyzing the definition and meaning of the origin of life and life axiology, the article shows that Taoism is shining with great brilliancy.Further more, the article gives a deep research about Taoism＇s view on life＇s existence state and on how to lead a meaningful life .In a word, Life Philosophy of Taoism pays attention to life in a rational and practical way and plays an important role in shaping Chinese spirit. We should inherit and develop Taoism dialectically.
