摘　　要：文章利用麦可思公司的毕业生调查数据,考察不同招生口径的高职毕业生在学校的表现和工作情况,结果发现无论是在校表现还是工作情况,职高、中职、技校来源的学生("3+证")均逊色于普通高中来源的学生("3+X"),主要原因可归因于不同招生口径学生的学习基础存在较大差异,在上述分析的基础上,文章针对高职院校目前人才培养目标模式提出了系列建议。This article analyzes the performance in school and working situation of the higher vocational colleges＇ graduates who are from different sources, base on the graduates＇ survey data of Mycos Corporation.As a result, the analysis shows the secondary vocational school or technical school students（＂3 ＋certificate＂）are inferior to the ordinary high school students（＂3＋X＂） in both college performance and working situation.The main reason for that is the huge different learning basis between these students existing. On the basis of the above analysis, the article aims at proposing a series of suggestions according to the present talents training mode at the higher vocational colleges.
