摘　　要：培养创新型药学本科人才是我国高等医药教育的一项重要任务。建立综合实验中心,可以实现人员、资源和教学内容的共享与整合。以综合实验中心为平台,通过改革和完善实验教学体系、建立导师制科研制度等方式鼓励学生自主参与到科技创新研究训练中,在大学生科技创新能力培养中具有重要的推动作用。It’s a major task for higher medical education to train the innovative pharmaceutical undergraduates. The creation of comprehensive experimental center can share and integrate the members,resources and teaching contents. It has important effect in the innovation ability culture for undergraduates to encourage students to participate in independent research and training through reforming the experimental teaching system and establishing tutorial system.
