应用型本科高校毕业生就业能力提升方法初探——以黄山学院为例

摘　　要：随着在校大学生人数的日益增加,大学生就业已成为全社会就业工作的重点。阐述应用型本科高校学生就业能力提升的必要性,并以黄山学院为例,指出其通过科学定位、加强特色学科建设、注重实践教学质量提升以及就业技能的培养等途径,全面提高了毕业生的就业率和就业质量。这些方法在一定程度上可为我国应用型高校毕业生就业能力提升提供借鉴。With the increasing number of college students, their employment has become the focus of employment within the whole society. This paper expounds the necessity of enhancing the employability of applied undergraduate college students. In Huangshan University, such measures as positioning scientifically,strengthening distinctive discipline construction, enhancing the teaching quality by highlighting practice,training the students＇ employment skills and so on have been taken to improve the employment rate and quality. These methods can provide references for the promotion of the employment ability of college graduates in our country to a certain extent.
