摘　　要：目的:研究藤茶提取物对人前列腺癌LNcap细胞凋亡的作用。方法:用流式Annexin V/PI双染法检测细胞凋亡率。结果:藤茶提取物对LNcap细胞作用24h后,细胞凋亡率显著增加,且有量效关系。结论:藤茶提取物可显著诱导LNcap细胞凋亡。Objective To study the apoptosis effect of LNcap Cells with the extract of Ampelopsis. Method Observing the apoptosis rates of LNcap cells by Annexin V/PI fluorescent staining of Flow Cytometric Method （FCM）. Result The apoptosis rates of LN-cap cells rose significantly after 24 hours, with dose - response relationship. Conclusion The extract of Ampelopsi.s can induse apopto- sis of LNeap Cells remarkably.
