摘 要:利用LIRSEL结构方程对陕西省高校509名馆员进行实证研究,验证了图书馆组织支持感、高水平的领导成员交换关系与馆员工作倦怠负向相关;女性馆员、青年馆员与图书馆领导更容易形成低质量的领导成员交换关系引发工作倦怠;从工作倦怠的视角揭示了图书馆2.0背景下陕西高校图书馆组织内社会交换关系的内涵。据此提出提高图书馆管理层专业技能素养,增强对馆员的工具性支持;为馆员营造支持性创新氛围;根据陕西省实际情况和本馆具体情况,构建积极的高校图书馆员2.0情绪管理体系等具体改善馆员情绪管理的措施。Based on an empirical research of the 509 librarians in colleges and universities in Shaanxi province by using LIRSEL structural equation, this paper verifies the negative correlation between perceived organizational support in a library, high level of leadership-mem-bers exchange relationship and librarians' job burnout. It is also found that women librarians, young librarians and library leaders are apt to form poor leadership-members exchange relationship, which in turn may lead to job burnout. From the perspective of job burnout, the pa-per reveals the connotation of social exchange relationship in organizations of university libraries in Shaanxi under the background of library 2. 0. The suggested measures put forward accordingly include improving the library management expertise quality, enhancing the instru-mental support for librarians, creating a supportive innovation atmosphere for librarians and actively constructing a 2. 0 emotion manage-ment system for university librarians and taking other specific measures to improve librarians' emotion management according to the actual circumstances of Shaanxi province and the specific situation of the library relevant, etc.
