摘　　要：随着企业内外环境的变化,集群网络的发展日益受到人们的关注,其治理机制的作用也颇受理论界关注。本研究以山西三个地区典型的集群网络为样本,实证研究治理机制中的宏观治理机制部分,探讨宏观治理机制之间的作用关系。研究发现:山西集群网络的联合制裁机制与信任机制、声誉机制、合作文化机制都具有正向的影响作用,且影响程度相同,而合作文化机制对声誉机制有直接的正向作用,说明山西集群网络强化了联合制裁机制,弱化了其他非制度性的治理机制。本文的研究为完善山西集群网络治理机制提供了新的经验证据。In recent years, with the change of internal and external business environment, the development of cluster network has gradually become the focus of the public, its governance mechanism are also increasingly becoming the key issue in theoretical circles. Many scholars have done research on the governance mechanism, this paper takes the three typical cluster network in Shanxi area as a sample, to make an empirical study in the mechanism, to explore the role of the relationship between macroscopic internal governance mechanism. The study found that, the sanctions mechanism has the positive effect on trust mechanism, reputation mechanism, and culture of cooperation mechanism in Shanxi cluster network. They have the same influence degree. The culture of cooperation mechanism also has direct positive effect on the reputation mechanism. Therefore, Shanxi cluster network has strengthened joint sanctions mechanism, weakening the other non institutional governance mechanism operation. This study provides new empirical evidence for the improvement of Shanxi cluster network governance mechanism.
