肥胖结肠癌患者血清Chemerin与MMPs及粘附因子相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨肥胖结肠癌患者肥胖结肠癌患者血清Chemerin与MMPs及粘附因子相关性研究。方法:选择肥胖结肠癌患者62例作为观察组,同时选择非肥胖的结肠癌患者51例作为对照组。对两组患者的Chemerin与MMPs及粘附因子水平进行测定。结果:观察组A期-B期及C期-D期与对照组同期相比,Chemerin、ICAM-1、VCAM-1较对照组同期均出现显著性升高。观察组内C期-D期较A期-B期Chemerin、ICAM-1、VCAM-1相比,均有显著升高,对照组C期-D期较A期-B期ICAM-1、VCAM-1相比,均有显著升高。观察组A期-B期与对照组同期相比,MMP-9较对照组同期均出现显著性升高,C期-D期与对照组同期相比,MMP-3、MMP-9、TIMP-1较对照组同期均出现显著性差异。观察组内C期-D期较A期-B期MMP-3、MMP-9、TIMP-1均有显著性差异,对照组C期-D期较A期-B期MMP-9存在显著性差异。Chemerin与ICAM-1、VCAM-1、MMP-3、MMP-9呈显著正相关,TIMP-1与Chemerin显著负相关。结论:肥胖合并结肠癌患者Chemerin与MMPs及粘附因子密切相关,Chemerin水平升高是该类患者结肠癌发生及转移的重要危险因子之一。Objective：To investigate the correlation of serum chemerin,MMPs and adhesion molecules in obese patients with colon cancer.Methods：62cases of obese patients with colon cancer were enrolled in the observation group,and 51 cases non-obese patients with colon cancer were selected as the control group.MMPs and chemerin and adhesion cytokine levels were measured.Results：Observation group in stage A-B C-D period compared with the control group,Chemerin、ICAM-1、VCAM-1than the control group increased significantly.In observation group of stage C-D than A-B Chemerin、ICAM-1、VCAM-1were significantly higher,the control group compared with stage C-D of stage A-B ICAM-1、VCAM-1significantly increased.Observation group stage A-B phase compared with the control group,MMP-9increased significantly than the control group,stage C-D compared with the control group,MMP-3、MMP-9、TIMP-1were significantly different from the control group.Chemerin and ICAM-1、VCAM-1、MMP-3、MMP-9 were positive correlated,TIMP-1and Chemerin were negatively correlated.Conclusion ：Chemerin is closely related to MMPs and adhesion molecules in obese patients with colon cancer,which is an important risk factor for colon cancer metastases in these obesepatients.
