大学生情绪智力与感恩的交叉滞后分析

摘　　要：以修订后的情绪智力量表(EIS)中文版、青少年感恩量表(AGS)为研究工具,对1所普通高校的406名大一至大三学生进行为期5个月的追踪,考察大学生情绪智力和感恩的发展变化,以及情绪智力与感恩之间的关系。结果发现:(1)大学生的情绪智力相对稳定,感恩存在一定的发展变化;(2)情绪智力与感恩之间呈显著正相关;(3)交叉滞后回归分析结果表明,前测的情绪智力可以显著预测后测的感恩,而前测的感恩不能显著预测后测的情绪智力。Emotional intelligence and gratitude are two important factors that have impacts on the social development and personality of undergraduates.Several studies have found that emotional intelligence and gratitude were significantly positively correlated. However, researchers have not investigated the causal relationship between the two factors so far. That is to say, is the emotional intelligence the cause of the gratitude or the gratitude the cause of the emotional intelligence？ To find out the causal relationship,we need some longitudinal data.This kind of data can present the temporal form.In this research,we examined the development of undergraduates＇ emotional intelligence and gratitude,as well as the correlation and causality between emotional intelligence and gratitude.406 undergraduates in grades 1-3 from a college twice （five months in between） were selected to fill out the Emotional Intelligence Scale and the Adolescent Gratitude Scale. The results indicated as follows： （1） According to the results of repeated-measures analysis of variance, emotional intelligence among the undergraduates demonstrated stability to some extent（F（1.404）=.765, p=.382）,and gratitude manifested developmental changes（Fci,404）= 3.273, p=.071）;. （2） Correlation analysis results indicated that the emotional intelligence was significantly positively related to gratitude （r=.57, r=.56,p〉.001）; （3） cross-lagged regression analysis indicated that Time 1 emotionai intelligence predicted Time 2 gratitude with Time 1 gratitude controlled（fl=.094, p〈.05）, but Time 1 gratitude did not predict Time 2 emotional intelligence with Time 1 emotional intelligence controlled（β=.052, p〉.05）. The results of this study support the proposal that there is not only a correlation but also causal relationship between the emotional intelligence and gratitude. There is a close relationship between emotional intelligence and gratitude, the emotional intelligence is the cause of the gratitude. The causality
