西部地区推进新型城镇化的支撑环境研究

摘　　要：西部地区城市结构不合理,城市综合承载力弱,人力资源素质低下,制约着新型城镇化的推进。依据支撑环境概念模型,西部地区应大力发展城市群,选择以西三角经济区、泛西三角经济区为枢纽,依托交通线发展轨道式和发散式城市群的路径,通过加快制度、人才、经济、社会等支撑环境的建设,推进新型城镇化进程。The city＇s structure of the western region is not reasonable, the city＇s comprehensive carrying capacity is weak and the quality of human resource is low. These factors restrict in promoting new-type urbanization in the western region. Based on the conceptual model of environment supporting, the western region should develop city group, regarding the west triangle economic zone and pan west triangle economic zone as hub, to develop track type and divergent city group relying on the traffic line. The western region should speed up the system, economy, talent, social service and other supporting environment construction, and push on the new urbanization.
