摘 要:为了掌握纵轴式掘进机的纵向振动特性,提高机器工作的可靠性,利用多体动力学理论,建立了掘进机的多刚体动力学模型,分析并确定了截割头载荷及履带与底板之间的载荷。通过模态分析,提取了系统的模态振型并绘制了系统振动的频响图,确定了振动较大的频率范围。为进一步探究纵轴式掘进机的振动特性,利用计算机数值仿真研究液压系统的阻尼、截割头、悬臂与机体的刚度和质量变化对掘进机振动的影响,获得了截割头、悬臂、机体几何中心的纵向振动特征。研究结果表明:当机体质量增加5%时,截割头、悬臂的纵向振幅分别减小38%、20%;当液压系统的阻尼系数增加20%时,截割头、悬臂、机体的纵向振幅分别减小33%、12%、10%;当机体的刚度增加1倍时,截割头、悬臂的纵向振幅分别减小35.8%、25%,所得结论为进一步分析掘进机振动特性提供了理论依据。In order to find out vertical vibration characteristics of a longitudinal roadheader and improve the reliability of its work -ing,a multi-body dynamics model of the longitudinal roadheader is established according to the theory of multi -body dynamics . Through analysis loads of cutting head and between track and base ,and modal analysis ,the system modal vibration shape is ex-tracted and the frequency response diagram of the system vibration is drawn .For further exploring the vibration characteristics ,the effect on the vibration of machine is researched by using of computer simulation of the hydraulic systems damping ,the changing of cutting head and body stiffness and mass ,and vertical vibration characteristics of the geometric center of three test points of cut -ting head,cantilever and body are acquired .The results show that the vertical amplitude of cutting head and cantilever are re -duced by 38%and 20%when the body ’ s mass increases 5%;as the damping of the hydraulic system increase 20%,the vertical amplitude of cutting head ,cantilever and body are decreased by 33%,12%,10%;and the amplitude of cutting head and cantile-ver are decreased by 35.8%,25%when the stiffness of the body is doubling .The conclusions provide a theoretical basis for fur-ther analysis of the vibration characteristics of roadheader .
