摘　　要：本文对中国跨国公司在全球价值链中的位置进行考察,指出国际化程度不高、整体上处于价值链低端是中国跨国公司目前的现实状况,并在全球价值链治理模式下升级的分析框架中对中国跨国公司如何正确定位自身所处位置、寻求最佳升级路径方面提出了建议。This article analyzed Chinese MNCs＇ position in the GVC with data from UNCTAD and fortune 500. It finds out that the current situation of Chinese MNCs are： low internationalization rate as well concentrated on the lower part of the GVC. Then, the article also gives some advices on Chinese MNCs＇ measure of their current position in the GVC and how to find out the preferred upgrading pathway.
