创新型企业的形成:基于网络能力与战略创新导向影响的研究

摘　　要：以企业网络能力禀赋对创新型企业的影响为切入点,在证明网络能力四个维度:愿景能力、构建能力、关系管理能力和关系控制能力对创新型企业存在显著影响的基础上,探讨了企业战略的创新导向在这一影响过程中的扰动作用,并应用调研数据对这种作用进行了验证。结果发现战略的创新导向在网络能力与创新型企业间起着显著的调节作用,高的战略创新导向会增强网络能力对创新型企业的正向作用;而低的战略创新导向则会弱化网络能力对创新型企业的正向作用,甚至可能使这种作用的方向发生逆转。这表明企业在战略层面强化创新导向,引导资源向创新活动集聚,促进组织内崇尚创新的氛围的形成,才有利于网络能力禀赋与战略的匹配,促进创新型企业的建设。According to the results of the literature analysis, this paper classified network competence into network visioning competence, network construction competence, relation management competence and relation control competence. By taking the strategic technology-oriented as mediate variables, this paper proposed a theoretical model about the affect of network competence on innovative enterprises. To verify these hypothesis we obtain samples data through questionnaire, find that all dimensions of network competence have significant impact on innovative enterprise, and strategic technology-oriented plays a moderate role when network competenees effect on innovative enterprise. When strategic technology-oriented is significant, the network competence effect on innovative enterprise more strongly. Otherwise,the effects of network competence decrease, or even have a negative impact. This result suggests that if firms corn strengthen its innovation-oriented strategy and then promote its resources focuses on innovation activities , promote the formation of an organization advocating the innovative atmosphere, its network competence would match the strategy better ,which help promote the building of innovative enterprises.
