摘　　要：二级施工审批一直以来是电务施工安全管理的重要组成部分,传统采用纸质申报的审批方式存在审批时间过长,发现问题不能及时纠正,不易长期保存等问题,为此研制二级施工审批系统,以办公局域网络为依托,利用浏览器实现网络申报审批,实现了二级施工的科学化、网络化、规范化管理。Two-grade construction approval has remained as an important part of signaling construction safety management. The traditional way of examination and approval in paper form is time-consuming, hard to correct problems and uneasy to keep in long-term archives. Therefore, we develop a second-grade construction approval system based on office LAN and enabling the browser to fulfill applying and approving, which can ensure scientific and standardized management of second-grade construction via networking.
