摘　　要：目的客观评价保定市麻疹网络实验室(Measles Laboratory Network,MLN)的运转状况。方法对保定市2011-2013年麻疹网络实验室运转状况进行分析评价。结果保定市2011-2013年共采集麻疹疑似病例血清937份,实验室确诊麻疹32例,阳性率3.42%;确诊风疹92例,阳性率10.38%。3年共进行麻疹抗体水平监测360份,其阳性率分别为95.00%、96.67%和89.17%,平均阳性率为93.61%。接受河北省麻疹网络实验室盲样考核标本25份,符合率100%;市级麻疹实验室发放县(市、区)麻疹实验室盲样考核标本370份,结果符合率98.38%。结论保定市麻疹网络实验室运转情况良好,在麻疹控制和实时监测工作中发挥了重要作用。Objective To evaluate the running status of Measles Laboratory Network（ MLN） of Baoding. Methods To analyze the data of the measles laboratory network during 2011- 2013. Results From 2011 to 2013,a total of 937 suspected measles cases were collected,laboratory confirmed 32 cases of measles,the positive rate was 3. 42%; 92 cases diagnosed rubella,the positive rate was 10. 38%. Total of 360 samples of healthy people were collected to investigate the levels of measles antibodies,the results showed that the positive rate was95. 00% in 2011,96. 67% in 2012,and 89. 17% in 2013; the average positive rate was 93. 61%. 25 samples accepted blind samples tested by Hebei province measles network laborotory,the identical rate was100%. Total of 370 blind test specimens have been assigned to the county of measles laboratory assessment from municipal measles laboratory,the identical rate was 98. 38%. Conclusions The status of Measles Laboratory Network of Baoding was good,the establishment and running of the measles laboratory network played very important role in measles control and surveillance.
