摘　　要：获得科研项目的质量和数量已经成为衡量单位综合实力的重要指标,提高各类科研项目的中标率成为申请人和科管部门关注的重要课题.将PDCA循环运用到提高科研项目中标率当中,利用鱼骨图分析法来分析影响科研项目中标率的因素,从各个方面人手,制定对策并实施,实现科研项目质量和管理的持续改进,有效提高了医院的科研项目管理和科研项目中标率.The quality and quantity of scientific research project are important indexes to evaluate the comprehensive scientific research strength of organizations.To improve the quality of grant and successful of application rate,we applied the circulation to scientific research management.We utilized fishbone analysis method to analyze the factors associated with successful rate of research projects and performed many countermeasures.According to the measurements,the quality of research project,management and successful rate has been continually improved.
