摘　　要：目的 探索建立基于多向量能力数值评价体系的科研人才培养模式.方法 使用德尔菲法,确立多向量能力数值评价的指标体系与权重系数.应用所建立的评价体系,分析青年科研人员的发展现状,进行个性化的科研人才培养.结果 建立了基于个人科研投入能力指标和个人科研产出能力指标的多向量能力数值评价体系,并应用于青年科研人才培养.结论 所建立的基于多向量能力数值评价体系的科研人才培养模式对青年科研人才培养具有一定的促进作用,可推动科研人才的可持续发展.Objective To explore the establishment of scientific research personnel training mode based on multi vector capacity evaluation system.Methods the index system and weight coefficient of multi vector capacity evaluation system by Delphi Method are discussed.The system is applying for personalized scientific research personnel training by analysis the current development status of young researchers.Results multi vector capacity evaluation system is established and applying for personnel training.Conclusion the established sciendfic research personnel training mode based on multi vector capacity evaluation system has a certain role in promoting the sustainable development of scientific research personnel.
