摘　　要：利用"innography"专利数据库,对抗抑郁药领域的专利分布情况、公司研发水平、专利热点以及核心专利等进行检索及挖掘分析的结果显示,抗抑郁药领域中美国的专利数量最多,含有有机活性成分的药物制剂为该领域的热点方向,辉瑞、诺和、赛诺菲安万特公司的技术实力和经济实力较突出,并对抗抑郁药领域的诉讼专利、复审专利、专利强度进行了挖掘。After the antidepressant patents were retrieved from Innography, their distribution, R＆amp; D level, hot spots and core patents were analyzed , which showed that the largest number of antidepressant patents was produced in USA, the medicinal preparations containing organic active ingredients were the hot spots, the technological and economic strengths of Pfizer, Novo and Sanofi-Aventis were relatively tremendous.The law-suited patents, reex-amined patents and patent strength were mined.
