摘 要:护士规范化培训是护理人才培养的"摇篮工程",对加强我国护理人才队伍建设、提高护理服务质量有着重要的作用。北京市医院管理局适时启动了护士规范化培训试点工作,逐步完善护士毕业后教育模式,探索建立以岗位需求为导向、岗位胜任力为核心的护士规范化培训制度。本文介绍了以培养临床思维方式、提高护理实践能力为主导的护士规范化培训模式,为建立符合临床需求的护士规范化培训制度,形成护士岗位培训的长效机制奠定基础。The nurse standardized training is the "cradle project" for the nursing talents training and plays an important role in strengthening the construction of nursing personnel in China and improving the quality of nursing service. Beijing municipal hospitals timely initiated the experimental work of nurse standardized training, gradually improved the nurse education system after graduation, and explored the establishment of standardized training system focusing on post demand and competency. This paper introduces the standardized training system focuing on the cultivation of clinical thinking mode and improving nursing practice ability, analyzes the current status of system construction and hospital practice, lays the foundation for establishing nurse standardized training system according to clinical needs and forming a long-term mechanism for nurses training.
