摘　　要：目的探讨Ommaya囊辅助侧脑室穿刺引流术治疗高血压小脑出血的临床疗效。方法对28例小脑出血患者行Ommaya囊埋置侧脑室引流术,Ommaya囊穿刺外引流脑脊液。结果 28例患者中无1例发生颅内感染。根据患者出院时的GOS评级:预后良好l7例,中残8例,重残1例,死亡2例。结论 Ommaya囊辅助侧脑室穿刺引流术是对常规脑室外引流治疗小脑出血安全、有效的改进方法,能有效减少并发症。Objective To study the clinical effects of Ommaya capsule auxiliary puncture drainage of lateral ventricle in the treatment of hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage .Methlds The 28 patients with cerebellar hemorrhage were treated with Ommaya capsule embedded drainage of lateral ventricle .Puncture Ommaya capsule and external drainage of cerebrospinal fluid were performed .Result No intracranial infection occurred in all patients . According to GO Sondischarge from hospital,of 28 patients,17 were recovered well,8 moderately disabled,1severely disabled and 2 died.Conclusion Ommaya capsule auxiliary puncture drainage of lateral ventricle drainage is safe and effective method in treatment of cerebellar hemorrhage with conventional external ventricular drainage , can effectively reduce the complications.
