摘　　要：目的 :实现设备耗材保障的专业化、精细化、信息化。方法 :详细剖析医院医学工程采购部门的工作特点和流程,论证各岗位承担职责和人员配备需求。结果:定期评估岗位分工环节,坚持不相容职责分离原则,建立制约和监督机制,各工作岗位和整体流程应齐全、严密、合理和便于操作。结论:采购岗位设置得科学化、合理化、规范化,才能在医院设备耗材管理和技术保障中发挥关键作用。Objective To realize the specialized, refined and informatized equipment and consumables support. Methods The working features and flow of hospital medical engineering department were analyzed, and the missions and personnel for each post were demonstrated. Results All the posts were evaluated periodically, the incompatible responsibilities were separated apart, and some restriction and supervision mechanism was established. Conclusion Rational and standardized post setting contributes a lot to hospital equipment and consumables support.
