摘 要:2013年11月~2014年8月,于江苏大学实验室,在虉草(Phalaris arundinacea)生长环境中添加不同比例的芦苇(Phragmites australis)粉末,经过一段时间的培育,研究芦苇腐解物对虉草生长生理特性的影响,探究芦苇腐解物对虉草的化感效应。结果表明,随着芦苇粉末添加量增加,栽培土壤中的总酚酸含量比对照组显著增加,而虉草的株高、干鲜质量、分蘖数以及叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量和叶绿素a/b含量比则显著下降(p〈0.05);虉草体内的超氧物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性先上升后下降,丙二醛含量则持续上升。这说明芦苇腐解物对虉草具有明显的化感抑制效应,且化感物质为酚酸类物质。由芦苇腐解物对不同季节虉草生长指标的影响差异分析可知,该抑制效应具有一定的累积性。Adding different proportions of Phragmites australis powder into the cultivation soil in which Phalaris arundinacea was grown. After a period of cultivation, the effects of Phragmites australis decomposing products on the growth and physiological characteristics of Phalaris arundinacea was studied to explore allelopathtic effects of Phragmites australis on Phalaris arundinacea. The results show that with the increase of the added amount of Phragmites australis powder, total phenolic acid content in cultivation soil increased significantly in compared to control treatment, and plant height, fresh and dry weight, tiller number, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll, and chlorophyll a/b ratio of Phalaris arundinacea decreased significantly in compared to control treatment(p0.05); the activities of antioxidant protection enzymes, such as superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, and catalase decreased after the first rise, malondialdehyde content continued to rise.All these indicate that Phragmites australis decomposing products had an obvious allelopathic inhibitory effect on Phalaris arundinacea, and the allelochemicals were phenolic acids. This inhibitory effect had certain cumulativity, judged from the differences in effects of Phragmites australis decomposing products on growth of Phalaris arundinacea in the different growing seasons.
