摘 要:目的了解进入住院医师规范化培训的临床医学毕业生对毕业后住院医师规范化培训的认识和需求,为优化住院医师培训提供参考。方法对2届248名住院医师规范化培训的临床医学毕业生使用问卷进行调查。结果学习技术、拿到学位是医学毕业生参训的主要原因,分别占入训人数的89.1%(197/248)和23.8%(59/248);不同学历的毕业生对培训年限看法差异有统计学意义(χ2=329.516,P<0.05);选择华西医院受训原因顺位为积累大医院工作经验72.2%(179/248)、弥补所学不足49.4%(179/248),不同学历和性别学员的需求差异有统计学意义(学历χ2=89.261,性别χ2=91.154,P均值<0.05)等。结论在毕业后医学教育阶段要以提高入训者医疗服务能力为培训核心,同时兼顾其学位提升,培训过程中应适当考虑受训者的学历、年龄等因素,在培训年限上予以区分。Objective This study aimed to analyze the cognition and demand to the resident training program among medical school graduates. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 248 trainees. Results 89.1%(197/248) of the medical school graduates stated that the purpose of participating resident training program was to learn clinical skill, and 23.8%(59/248) thought that the purpose was to get a higher academic degree. Statistically significant difference existed in the cognition of graduates with different educational backgrounds(χ2=329.5160, P〈0.05). For why to choose West China Hospital for resident training, 72.2%(179/248) of them stated that the main reason was to accumulate working experience in a large hospital, and 49.4%(179/248) was to compensate the inadequate knowledge learnt in University. For this point, the cognition significantly differed with educational background(χ2=89.261, P〈0.05) and gender(χ2=89.261, P〈0.05).. Conclusion For the administrative department, the core goal of resident training program should be to improve the trainees' clinical capability and to promote their academic degree. Trainees' specific academic background, age and training duration should be cautiously considered for the design of the resident training program.
