摘　　要：目的检测蛋白质酪氨酸磷酸酶1B(Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase 1B,PTP1B)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达。方法随机选取2008.8-2009.12哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院住院的新发子宫内膜癌患者30例和同期住院患者20例(子宫内膜组织11例和子宫内膜不典型增生组9例)分别设为实验组和对照组,通过免疫组化的方法检测PTP1B在各组织中的表达,统计阳性率,SPSS软件分析结果。结果免疫组织化学结果显示PTP1B在大多数子宫内膜癌组织中表达。PTP1B在子宫内膜癌中的阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),对照组中子宫内膜不典型增生组阳性率高于正常子宫内膜组中的阳性率,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PTP1B在高分化内膜癌组织中阳性表达率明显低于在中低分化内膜癌组织中阳性表达率(P<0.05),在子宫内膜癌合并糖尿病患者中的阳性率高于未合并糖尿病者(P<0.05)。而在针对不同临床-病理分期(I期和II-IV)的阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PTP1B的表达与子宫内膜组织的病变性质有关,为子宫内膜癌的预防和治疗提供新思路。Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the expression of tyrosine phosphatase 1B（PTP1B） in endometrial carcinoma. Methods Thirty cases with endometrial carcinoma were selected as the experimental group and 20 other cases were selected as the control group, including 11 cases with endometrial tissue and nine cases with atypical hyperplasia of endometrium in the second affiliated hospital of Harbin medical university from 8/2008 to 12/2009. Immunohistochemistry was employed to examine PTP1 B level in different tissues. And the positive rate was subjected to statistical analysis using SPSS software. Results Immunohistochemistry results showed that PTP1 B existed in the majority of endometrial carcinoma. Statistical analysis indicated that the positive rate of PTP1 B in endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. In the control group, positive rate of atypical hyperplasia of endometrium was higher than that of normal endometrium group, without significant difference（P〉0.05）. Positive rate of PTP1 B in well differentiated endometrial carcinoma tissue was significantly lower than that in poorly differentiated endometrial carcinoma（P〈0.05）. In addition, the positive rate in endometrial carcinoma with diabetes was higher than that in those without diabetes, with significant differences（P〈0.05）. However, there was no significant difference among different clinical pathological stages（I and II-IV）（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Correlation existed between the expression of PTP1 B and pathogenesis of endometrial tissue in the uterus, providing new ideas for prevention and treatment of endometrial cancer.
