摘　　要：医院中层干部既是医院领导班子的参谋和助手,又是医院教职工的榜样,在推动医院发展中扮演着承上启下的重要角色,肩负着医院健康有序可持续发展的重任。因此,建设一支结构合理、具有较高素质和执行力的中层干部队伍显得尤为重要。文章从目前医院中层干部队伍中存在的问题入手,对存在问题的原因进行分析,提出了加强医院中层队伍建设的措施。The middle-level cadres in hospital is leaders＇ staff and assistant,also the staff＇s example,plays an important role in hospital development,shouldering the healthy and sustainable development. Therefore,it＇s very important that constructing the middle-level cadre team with reasonable structure,high quality and execution. The essay analyzes the existing problems,puts forward measures to construct the middle level in hospital.
