摘　　要：目的:促进医院人力资源信息化管理,推进医院信息化应用。方法:采用基于数据仓库理论和商业智能技术架构的医院管理决策支持系统,实现数据多维分析展示。结果:系统从医院人力数量、分布、结构、预测、分析报告和同级比较5个方面对人力数据进行分析展示,为管理者提供多层次、多角度的数据挖掘分析结果。结论:决策支持系统为医院人力资源管理提供决策支持,推进了医院信息化应用。Objective To improve the informatization management of hospital human resources and advance the application of informatization in hospitals. Methods Based on data warehouse theory and business intelligence,the decision support system of hospital management achieved multidimensional data analysis and display. Results Data of human resources was analyzed and displayed from five aspects of quantity,distribution,structure,prediction and analysis report,which can provide multilayer and multidimension results for administrators. Conclusion Decision support system can provide decision support for hospital human resources management,which can improve the application of informatization in hospitals.
