基于LibQual^(+)构建高校移动图书馆服务质量评价指标体系——运用德尔菲法的调查分析

摘　　要：Lib Qual+是一套较成熟、可应用于高校的图书馆服务质量评价模型。现时高校移动图书馆发展急需一套符合自身特色的服务质量评价体系。文章在Lib Qual+图书馆服务评价模型基础上,运用德尔菲法,尝试性地构建一套涵盖移动及网络环境、信息获取、服务效果3个范畴的高校移动图书馆服务质量评价指标体系。该指标体系构建特色及合理性在于新建移动及网络环境范畴的指标,在Lib Qual+基础上新增移动特色的信息获取范畴指标,在服务效果范畴突出关注个性化服务的评价。Lib Qual＋is a mature service quality evaluation model applied in university library. Nowadays,the development of university mobile library needs a set of service quality evaluation system, which is suitable for its characteristic. Based on Lib Qual＋,this paper uses Delphi method to construct a service quality evaluation index system of university mobile library,including 3 categories of mobile environment and network environment,information acquisition and service effect. The construction characteristic and rationality of this index system is the newly-built index of mobile environment and network environment category,the new mobile characteristic index of information acquisition category based on Lib Qual＋,as well as the evaluation focuses on personalized service of service effect category.
