摘  要:目的探讨由南瓜多糖、人参、丹参组成的复方南瓜多糖合剂对糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用的实验研究。方法昆明小鼠注射四氧嘧啶,给药剂量为200mg/kg,造模成功标准为血糖值≥20mmol/L;实验动物分为空白组、模型组、阳性组、南瓜多糖合剂组,灌胃给药30d后,分别检测其空腹血糖、TC、TG、MDA、SOD水平。结果复方南瓜多糖合剂组显著降低了糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖,在提高SOD水平的同时,降低了TC、TG、MDA的含量。结论复方南瓜多糖合剂有降低高血糖症的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of compound pumpkin polysaccharide mixture consisting of pumpkin polysaccharide, ginseng, salvia miltiorrhiza on regulating blood sugar level in diabetic mouse model. Methods The mouse from Kunming were injected with alloxan to construct models, with the dose more than 200mg/kg. The success criteria for diabetic model was blood glucose level^20mmol/L. The experimental animal were divided into blank group, model group, positive group and pumpkin polysaccharide mixture group and were intragastric administration for 30 days. The fasting blood-glucose, TC, TG, MDA and SOD were detected. Results Compound pumpkin polysaccharide mixture can reduce the level of fasting blood-glucose, TC, TG and MDA and also increase the level of SOD. Conclusion Compound pumpkin polysaccharide mixture has an effect on reducing hyperglycemia.
