摘  要:氢气以清洁燃烧的特点成为理想的发动机代用燃料.为研究不同喷氢时刻下氢发动机混合气形成的过程,应用AVL Fire软件建立进气道燃料喷射氢发动机的三维仿真模型.分析缸内外浓度场、速度场的变化规律,从抑制回火等抑制异常燃烧的角度,综合评价混合气的形成状况.并以混合气均匀性系数、有效喷氢率为指标优化了高速、大负荷工况下进气道喷射氢发动机的喷氢时刻.Hydrogen becomes an alternative fuel of engine because of clean combustion. To research the fuel-air mixture formation of hydrogen engine under different hydrogen-injected timings,a three-dimensional simulation model of hydrogen engine with port fuel injection was established using AVL Fire software. The variational regulations of concentration field and velocity field in and out a cylinder were analyzed,then the formation conditions of fuel-air mixture was comprehensively evaluated from the angle of abnormal combustion,such as backfire,and so on. According to the mixture uniformity coefficient and the effective hydrogen-injected rate,the hydrogen-injected timing of Hydrogen engine with port fuel injection was optimized under the conditions of high speeds and large loads.
