摘 要:目的:运用团体辅导的方法降低高校青年教师的职业倦怠水平。方法:采用职业倦怠量表筛选职业倦怠程度较高的高校青年教师30名(15名为干预组,15名为对照组),对其进行团体辅导及测评。结果:对照组职业倦怠水平前后无显著差异(P>0.05);干预组职业倦怠水平显著降低(t=4.70,P<0.001);干预组和对照组在团体辅导前后职业倦怠分数差值具有统计学意义(t=3.83,P<0.001);团体辅导1月后追踪调查显示,干预组职业倦怠水平基本不变,依然显著低于对照组职业倦怠水平(t=4.83,P<0.001)。结论:团体辅导可以降低高校青年教师职业倦怠水平。Objective:To reduce the level of young university teachers'burnout by means of group counseling .Methods:Measuring and counseling 30 young university teachers of higher degree of job burnout(15 for the experimental group,15 for the control group)through the job burnout scale.Results:Before group counseling ,job burnout levels of the experimental group and the control group had no signifi-cant difference(P〉0.05);After group counseling,job burnout level of experimental group significantly decreased(t=4.70,P〈0.001);The difference of the experimental group and the control group had sta-tistical significance before and after group counseling (t=3.83,P〈0.001);The follow-up survey one month after group counseling showed job burnout levels of experimental group remained unchanged ,still significantly lower than the control group (t=4.83,P〈0.001).Conclusion:Group counseling can re-duce the job burnout level of young university teachers .
