摘　　要：高校作为汇聚人才的高地和培养人才的主阵地,要主动认清高校群众工作的重要性,树立科学群众观,牢固树立师生的主体地位,实现由"管理"到"治理"的观念转变,为推进高等教育创新发展提供坚实保障。Colleges and Universities are places for gathering and cultivating talents, so it is important to recognize the importance of the mass work. Colleges and universities should establish a scientific concept of the mass, build teachers and students＇ dominant role, realize the concept change from management to governance, so as to improve the innovative development of higher educa- tion.
