食管癌术后并发症50例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨食管癌术后并发症的发生情况。方法:分析笔者所在医院2010年1月-2014年10月收治的257例食管癌患者的临床资料,总结并发症的发生情况。结果:50例患者术后出现并发症,发生率为19.5%。其中有35例心律失常,25例肺部并发症,9例吻合口瘘。经对症治疗后,有1例患者死于并发症。经分析发现,术前合并症、吻合位置是食管癌术后并发症的危险因素(P<0.05),年龄、肿瘤分期是肺部并发症的危险因素,年龄也是吻合口瘘发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:心律失常、肺部并发症、吻合口瘘是食管癌术后比较常见的并发症,术前应该加强可干预因素的控制,以预防并发症的发生。Objective：To investigate the occurrence of complications after esophageal carcinoma operation.Method：The clinical data of 257 esophageal cancer patients in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2014 were analyzed,the occurrence of complications were summarized. Result：Postoperative complications occurred in 50 patients after the operation,the incidence rate was 19.5%.There were 35 cases of arrhythmia,25 cases of pulmonary complications,9 cases of anastomotic fistula.After symptomatic treatment,1 patient died due to complications.The analysis showed that the preoperative complications,anastomotic location were the risk factors for complications after the esophageal carcinoma operation（P〈0.05）,the tumor stage,age were the risk factors for pulmonary complications,and the age was the risk factor for anastomotic fistula（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The arrhythmia,pulmonary complications of lung,anastomotic fistula are the common complications after the esophageal carcinoma operation,it should strengthen the control intervention factors before operation to prevent the happening of complication.
