摘  要:现代职业教育体系赋予职业教育以新的内涵,同时对职教师资队伍提出了新的要求。当前应用技术大学改革所面临的最大问题是合格的师资问题,要解决这一问题必须以现代职业教育体系构建为契机,从转变教育观念、优化师资结构和完善相关制度三个方面入手来加强应用技术大学"双师型"教师队伍的建设。To tie in with the demand of modern vocational educational system on high-quality technical talents, the Ministry of Education proposed "to guide a number of local colleges to reform as university of applied technology ". The reform of local college is actually the reform of its training mode. And the biggest problem which this reform faces is the problem of qualified teachers. Take the construction of modern vocational educational system as an opportunity, we can explore ways to develop double qualified teachers for university of applied technology from the three aspects as educational concept, teachers structure and related system.
