摘　　要：【目的】了解近年来北疆棉区黄萎病的扩展、病菌的致病类型和致病性分化动态及品种抗病性检测情况。【方法】以石河子地区为代表,采用一般普查的方法,对北疆棉区棉花黄萎病的发病情况进行普查;以不同时期在北疆棉区重病田采集病样,常规分离、培养、致病性鉴定和分子生物学的方法,明确不同时期北疆棉区病原种群致病类型和致病性强弱的变化动态;以常规病圃鉴定的方法,了解当前选育品种或材料对黄萎病的抗感情况。【结果】北疆棉花黄萎病的扩展速度很快,病菌的致病性明显增强,目前所培育的品种或材料多不抗病,远远不能满足生产的需要。【结论】北疆棉区黄萎病的迅速扩展、落叶型黄萎病的较多出现,病菌致病性的明显增强和早熟、优质、抗耐病品种不足是北疆棉区黄萎病迅速扩张并加重的主要原因之一。[ Objective ] To realize the extension,pathogenicity types of verticillium dahliae and pathogemc- ity differentiation dynamic and varieties disease resistance examination of cotton verticillium dahliae wilt in northern Xinjiang in recent years. [ Method]Take Shihezi for representative, a general investigation was taken to reflect the incidence of cotton verticillium wilt census in the northern Xinjiang; In different period disease sample was collected from serious illness field cotton in northern Xinjiang, conventional separation, culture, pathogenicity identification and molecular biological methods, to ascertain the dynamic change of different peri- od verticillium dahliae pathogenicity types and pathogenicity capability;To realize current breeding cultivars or material resistance - susceptible to verticillium wilt by the conventional method of identification of disease gar- den. [ Result] Expand quickly of cotton verticiUium wilt in the north of Xinjiang, pathogenicity of verticillium dahliae significantly enhanced, at present breeding cultivars or materials not resistance, far cannot satisfy the needs of production. [ Conclusion]The rapid spread of cotton verticillium wilt in the north of Xinjiang,more appearance of defoliation verticillium wilt,the obvious enhancement of pathogenicity of verticillium dahlia and precocious and high - quality and lack of disease resistance varieties is one of the main reasons of rapid spread and increasing of verticillium wilt in northern Xinjiang cotton field.
