摘 要:采用植物解剖学、组织化学定位和植物化学等3种方法,研究了紫山药营养器官花色苷分布积累状态和含量情况。结果显示,幼叶中花色苷主要分布在叶片上表皮附近栅栏组织和下表皮附近海绵组织;幼茎主要分布于表皮和棱角处的厚角组织;而块茎横切面由多个紫色"斑点"区域组成;比较各器官花色苷含量,块茎>幼叶>茎,块茎中花色苷含量最高,其次为幼叶,茎和成熟叶片中花色苷含量极低。结果为紫山药花青素合理利用提供了依据。The anthocyanin distribution,accumulation and content in the vegetative organs of Dioscorea alata L. were studied by using 3 methods( plant anatomy,histochemical localization and phytochemistry). The results showed that anthocyanin in young leaf was distributed mainly in the palisade tissue nearby upper epidermis,and the spongy tissue nearby lower epidermis. In young stem,anthocyanin was distributed mainly in the epidermis and collenchyma. The transection of tuber was composed of many purple"spot"regions. Among various organs,tuber contained the most anthocyanin,followed by young leaf,while the contents of anthocyanin in stem and mature leaf were very low. The above results could provide basis for the rational use of anthocyanin in Dioscorea alata.
