摘  要:目的探索抗生素联合大蒜素治疗细菌性呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的效果。方法研究对象按入组时间编号,采用随机数字原则分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用抗生素和大蒜素治疗,对照组采用常规抗生素治疗。入组后一周取痰培养,对检出细菌进行耐药性检测。观察患者白细胞(WBC)异常天数、C反应蛋白(CRP)异常天数以及患者住重症监护病房(ICU)天数等指标。结果两组患者痰培养细菌检出情况、CRP异常天数以及住ICU天数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者耐药情况、WBC异常天数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大蒜素联合抗生素治疗细菌性VAP,能减少细菌在肺部的生长,减少患者CRP异常天数,缩短病人ICU治疗时间,有利于细菌所致VAP的治疗。Objective To evaluate the effect of treating bacterial ventilator-associated pneumonia by using the antibiotics and allicin. Methods The patients infected with bacterial ventilator-associated pneumonia in Intensive Care Unit were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by the random number table. The experimental group received allicin and antibiotic,while the control group received only antibiotics. A week later,the subjects were subjected to sputum culture, testing bacterial resistance, leukocyte count, and C-reactive protein (CRP). The duration of staying in ICU was compared. Results There were significant differences between the experimental group and control group in the sputum culture,abnormal days of CRP and the days in ICU(P〈0.05). there were no significant differences between the experimental group and control group in bacterial resistance and abnormal days of WBC(P〉0.05). Conclusion Alliein combined with antibiotics can reduce the growth of bacteria in the lung,decrease the abnormal days of CRP and reduce the time of staying in ICU in treating bacterial ventilatorassociated pneumonia. Allicin is beneficial in the treatment of patients with ventilator associated pneumonia caused by bacteria.
