摘 要:目的:研究诊断颅内动脉瘤的方法、临床应用价值及优越性。方法:回顾性分析28例颅内动脉瘤或动静脉畸形患者资料,运用最大密度投影法(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)、容积再现(VR)、同步减影血管造影技术(SSCTA)进行三维重建及动脉瘤的显示。结果:28例患者中,按动脉瘤分布部位分:7例为前交通动脉瘤,8例为后交通动脉瘤,3例为大脑前动脉瘤,4例为大脑中动脉瘤,3例为大脑后动脉瘤,3例为基底动脉瘤;按动脉瘤个数分:19例1个动脉瘤,6例2个动脉瘤,3例3个及3个以上动脉瘤。结论:SSCTA对颅内动脉瘤、AVM的检出率明显提高,对SAH的病因诊断准确性更高,操作简单、安全、快捷、经济、可靠性高等,特别是对颅底动脉瘤的诊断具有独特优势。Objective:To study the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms methods,clinical appliaction and superiority.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 29 cases of intracranial aneurysm or arteriovenous malforma-tion patients,using maximum intensity proj ection(MIP),multiple planar reconstruction(MPR),volume ren-dering(VR),synchronous subtraction angiography(SSCTA)display technology for three-dimensional recon-struction and aneurysm.Results:In 28pations,according to the distribution of aneurysm part points:7 cases for the former traffic aneurysm,8 cases of traffic after the aneurysm,3 casas before the brain aneurysm, 4casea of brain aneurysm.3cases of posterior cerebral artery aneurysms,3cases of basilar artery aneurysm. According to the number of aneurysm points:19 cases of an aneurysm.6cases with two aneurysm,3cases of thee and three or more aneurysms.Conclusion:SSCTA on intracranial aneurysm,th detection rate of AVM in-creased obviously,etiology and diagnostic accuracy of SAH is high,operation is simple,safe,fast,economy, can relying on higher,especially it has unique advantages in diagnosis of basilar artery anrurysm.
